1. Payments, Cancellations & Discounts

 - A $150 per child, per session non-refundable deposit is due with registration. Without this deposit your registration is not reserved. 
 - Camp tuition is due in full by June 1st. If payment is not received by that date your child’s spot will not be reserved. Participation in camp is contingent on full payment before the beginning of camp, unless otherwise negotiated with the Camp Director. 
 - Amusement park and overnight camping trips have an additional fee. 
 - Late registrations after June 1st will incur a $50 late registration fee. 
 - Refund policy: Before April 1st: Complete refund minus deposit; after May 1st, 50% refund; after June 12^th, absolutely no refunds. 
 - A $25 per session Sibling Discount applies to the second child. Sibling discounts apply to child with lesser tuition fees - if applicable.  
 - All discounts apply to regular session fees only, all extras including extended care, transportation, field trips, and t-shirts are excluded.

2. Dismissal of Camper 

• Parents fully understand and agree that Camp One Lev reserves the right to dismiss, at its sole discretion, any camper whose condition, conduct, influence or behavior is deemed unsatisfactory or detrimental to the best interests of the camp or his fellow campers or who violates camp rules and regulations, in which case no refunds will be made.

3. Images Etc. 

Permission is hereby given for Camp to use in promoting the Camp and in any other ventures directly relating to the Camp or the Organization including the Camp Facebook page (i) digital, photographic, video, and audio images or likenesses of camper; and (ii) statements, articles, names, music, art, photographs, audio recordings, films and videos created by Camper or originating from Camp or from a Camp-related activity.
